Location: the hotel was really close to nearby restaurants, Nagano for the quality and many shops and restaurant. The staff were really excellent, the breakfast we had was healthy with good varieties.

Tidy and the staff was very helpful and efficient. I liked the room with bathroom, the bed was comfortable. Although some of the staff were not very friendly, I had a wonderful stay. Good restaurant provided Japanese dishes.

Dude, super easy to get to from the station, like no need to touch the ground! I loved the spotlessly clean room, and the lobby had all these cool free goodies. And the staff? So friendly and chill! The air conditioning was a lifesaver! The only bummer was the room was a bit small for my vibe.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The floors in our room were not vacuumed, and we found stains on the sheets and walls. There were only two laundry machines, and one was consistently out of service, causing a significant inconvenience .

The Double Room with Small Double Bed was pretty cozy, but let's be real, it was small for a family. I mean, we made it work, but luggage had to be tucked away to move around. The bed was on the smaller side too, which might not work for everyone. But, man, the location was killer-just a quick walk from the train station! And everything in the room felt fresh and clean, which I definitely appreciated!
